Severin Lüthi
Tennis Consultant
Severin Lüthi is one of the most respected coaches on the international tennis scene. Since 2002, he has been part of the Swiss Tennis Federation’s technical staff, and in 2007, he became captain of the Swiss Davis Cup team.
He is best known for his long-standing partnership with Roger Federer, whom he coached for over a decade, making a significant contribution to the Swiss champion’s successes in Grand Slam tournaments and other major ATP Tour events.

Gianluigi Quinzi
Head Competitive Tennis
Gianluigi Quinzi, born in 1996, is a former Italian tennis player who grew up in Porto San Giorgio. At just 8 years old, he joined Nick Bollettieri's American academy. In 2013, he won the Wimbledon junior tournament without losing a set. That same year, he reached number 1 in the world junior rankings. On the professional circuit, he won two Challenger titles and reached number 142 in the ATP rankings in 2019. He retired in 2021 at age 25 and currently works as a coach and dedicates himself to university studies.

Passionate about sports, he started playing tennis at the age of 7.
He competed at a high level until the age of 24, reaching a career-high ranking of 2.4 in the FITP and N4 in Swiss Tennis.
After retiring from competition, he attended the National Tennis Instructor School in Rome. Upon graduating, he began teaching tennis to young players.
In Switzerland, he worked as head of competitive training at TC Lido Lugano and TC Bellinzona, and served as head of the tennis school at TC Caslano for over 20 years.

Christian Perrone

Born in 1983, he moved to Spain at 15 to pursue a professional career. He then decided to work alongside his mentor and dedicate himself to teaching.

Ivan Raponi
Competitive Tennis Coach

Philip Peverelli
Base School Coach
Tennis coach with 13 years of experience and a lifelong passion. He has worked with athletes of all ages and levels, from beginners to competitive players.

Dario Novak
Fitness Consultant/Lab Testing
Dario Novak is an international expert in tennis physical training, with over twenty years of experience supporting high-level players. He has worked as a physical trainer for several professional tennis players, including Stanislas Wawrinka and Elena Rybakina, contributing to their physical development and injury prevention. His combination of practical experience with elite athletes and a solid academic background makes Dario Novak a leading figure in tennis physical training.

Pierre Paganini
Fitness Consultant
An internationally renowned Swiss athletic trainer, known for his pivotal role in prolonging Roger Federer's career at the highest level of world tennis. Born in 1957, Paganini began his athletic career in track and field before dedicating himself to training professional athletes.
The collaboration between Paganini and Federer began in 1994, when the young tennis player was just 14 years old. Since 2000, Paganini has been Federer's official physical trainer, making a significant contribution to his sporting longevity and maintaining excellent physical condition. His approach is based on personalized training that emphasizes agility, balance, endurance, and injury prevention, rather than overemphasizing muscular strength.

Benjamin Poserina
Fitness Coach
A former Italian decathlete and current athletic trainer, osteopath, and medical massage therapist based in Lugano, Switzerland. He represented Italy in the decathlon, competing at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, where he finished 30th. On October 6, 1996, in Formia, he set the Italian decathlon record with 8,169 points, a record he held for over 25 years, until 2022.
During her athletic career, Poserina won five Italian titles in the decathlon and three indoor titles in the heptathlon.
After retiring from competitive sports, he earned a degree in Sports Science, a diploma in Osteopathy, and a CRS Medical Massage Therapist certification. He worked as an osteopath and massage therapist for the Italian Athletics Federation in 2005.

Giorgio Grana
Fitness Coach/Lab Testing
A graduate in Sports Science, he has many years of experience in physical training. He has worked as an athletic trainer in complex, high-intensity disciplines such as tennis and rowing, helping athletes build strength, endurance, and motor control.
Her field experience is enriched by her practice and training in endurance sports such as running, trail running, and cycling, which she knows intimately both as an athlete and a coach. She combines this technical foundation with expertise in postural and functional work, thanks to her qualification as a Pilates Matwork instructor.
He is also a fitness instructor in the weight room and group courses, where he leads training sessions for all levels, and a wakeboard instructor.

Carlotta Vercesi
Physiotherapist
A physiotherapist with a four-year degree from Semmelweis University, she continued her training in 2024 with a Master of Science in Advanced Musculoskeletal Practice from the University of Essex (UK). Specializing in the management of musculoskeletal disorders, she has focused on shoulder rehabilitation with international experts such as Jo Gibson and Jeremy Lewis. She has completed several courses, including Maitland Level I, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and clinical research methodology in healthcare organizations (University of Modena). She is skilled in advanced techniques such as dry needling. Her practice is guided by an evidence-based and patient-centered approach.

Fausto Donadelli
Mental Coach
Fausto Donadelli is a mental coach with over 18 years of experience supporting athletes, professionals, and teams. He has worked with elite athletes and coaches in sports such as tennis, soccer, cycling, swimming, hockey, and artistic gymnastics. He specializes in managing stress and pressure, and developing potential through mental training techniques, NLP, and sports psychology. He works internationally and is considered a leading figure in mental coaching in Italian-speaking Switzerland. His clients include tennis player Jelena Ostapenko, a professional on the WTA circuit.
