Reservations are considered confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from the Hotel.
The Hotel reserves the right to request a valid credit card as a guarantee for the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY​​

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the arrival date.

For cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before arrival, the cost of one night's stay will be charged.

In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total booked stay will be charged.

No refunds will be issued for early departures.

Changes to the stay dates are free of charge if requested in advance. Requests made at the last minute will be treated as late cancellations and charged accordingly.

At the time of booking, a valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation, even if payment will be made upon arrival at the property.

Any behavior causing disturbance or damage may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings, or other areas of the Hotel and will be liable for the related costs.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms and all indoor areas of the Hotel.
This prohibition also applies to electronic cigarettes and vaping devices.
